Terms of Use

By registering on, browsing, or booking any service through GreensAndBrowns, or by accessing or using Swa.Track, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

GreensAndBrowns

GreensAndBrowns connects Users with repair service providers and waste collection partners for household and community waste management, appliance and product repair, and related circular-economy services. Again may operate GreensAndBrowns directly or through partner organisations, service technicians, and collection agents ("Service Partners").

Swa.Track

Swa.Track is a business-to-business (B2B) compliance platform for Bulk Waste Generators ("BWGs") — commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities with obligations under the Extended Producer Responsibility / Bulk Waste Generator regulations ("EBWGR") and the Solid Waste Management Rules 2026. Swa.Track helps BWGs and their contracted waste operators maintain an audit-ready record of facility setup, daily waste pickups, in-situ processing, and related activity. Swa.Track is not a consumer application or public marketplace; access is limited to authorised facility staff and contracted waste operators invited onto the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to register on or use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation (e.g. an apartment community, RWA, or Bulk Waste Generator facility), you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Access to Swa.Track is by invitation only. Accounts are created and roles are assigned by a Platform Admin or an authorised BWG Admin; there is no open self-registration. By accepting an invitation and accessing Swa.Track under any role (Platform Admin, BWG Admin, Site Officer, Operator Admin, or Operator Driver), you confirm you are authorised by your employer or engaging organisation to do so.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

When you book a repair or schedule a waste collection through GreensAndBrowns:

• You agree to provide accurate details of the item, issue, or waste category, and to be reasonably available at the agreed time and location.
• Service Partners are independent providers; Again facilitates the booking and coordination but is not itself the repair technician or waste hauler unless expressly stated.
• Timelines, quotes, and pickup windows are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or Service Partner availability.
• You are responsible for ensuring items or waste presented for collection are accurately described and lawfully permitted to be collected/repaired.

When your organisation uses Swa.Track:

• Authorised users are responsible for accurately recording facility details, waste streams, processing units, and certificates entered into the platform.
• Daily pickup records — including waste category, weight, and photo evidence — are logged by a Site Officer at the time of handover and require approval by a BWG Admin before they form part of the audit trail.
• In-situ processing activity (e.g. on-site composting) is logged with input/output data and is subject to the same validation and approval workflow.
• Swa.Track maintains a record of who performed each action and when, for audit and inspection purposes. Users are responsible for the accuracy of what they submit or approve.
• Swa.Track is a record-keeping and workflow tool. It supports your organisation's compliance efforts but does not itself guarantee regulatory compliance, and does not replace your organisation's legal or municipal obligations.

Use of WhatsApp for drivers

Collection drivers ("Operator Drivers") interact with Swa.Track over WhatsApp rather than the web dashboard: a driver messages the registered Swa.Track WhatsApp number on arrival, selects the facility, and receives an Accept/Reject prompt once the Site Officer and BWG Admin have reviewed and approved the pickup on the web application. Site Officers and BWG Admins may also receive WhatsApp alerts (e.g. driver arrival, a form awaiting review) directing them to complete the entry on the web app. Only phone numbers registered by an Operator Admin or facility admin are able to use this channel; messages from unregistered numbers receive an automatic rejection reply. WhatsApp messages sent through Swa.Track relate solely to a specific pickup or facility workflow step and are not used for marketing or unsolicited outreach.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post or transmit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content;
• Misrepresent the nature, quantity, or hazard level of waste or items submitted for repair, collection, or processing, or falsify any facility, pickup, or processing record on Swa.Track;
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Platform;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misuse another User's account or role.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any breach of this section.

Where a GreensAndBrowns service carries a fee, the applicable charge will be displayed to you before confirmation of booking. Payments made through the Platform are processed via our third-party payment gateway partner, subject to that partner's own terms. Refunds, where applicable, follow the policy displayed at the time of booking.

Swa.Track is provided to Bulk Waste Generators and their contracted operators on a subscription or contracted basis, as set out in the applicable order form or agreement with your organisation. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not override, any separately signed commercial agreement between Again and your organisation.

All content on the Platform — including the GreensAndBrowns and Swa.Track names, logos, design, and text — is owned by Again Resource Labs Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services (including payment processors, logistics partners, and messaging providers such as WhatsApp). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your interactions with them are at your own risk and, where applicable, subject to their own terms.

The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that repair/collection outcomes will meet every expectation, or that Swa.Track records will be accepted without further review by any regulator or third party, though we work to maintain quality and data-integrity standards.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Again shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, the acts/omissions of Service Partners, or reliance on Swa.Track records for regulatory or compliance purposes. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the fee (if any) paid by you or your organisation for the specific booking or subscription giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Again, its officers, employees, and Service Partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that breaches these Terms or is harmful to other Users, Service Partners, or Again's interests.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
